Razorfish is great bait for cod and bass, especially after a big onshore blow. Here's how we present it. You can use it whole or use small pieces as a tipping bait to great effect.

First emove the flesh from the shell, it does lift away quite easily.

Remove the tough white foot from the main body, this is what we'll use.
Thread this tougher meat onto the bottom Pennell hook like so. At this point it should look something like this.
Now hook the top Pennell hook into the flesh, like so. Make a few turns up and down the bait with elastic thread. Job Done!
